We protect lives and property through fire suppression, emergency medical services, and fire prevention. This website allows citizens to quickly search or access any questions they may have about the department. It also allows us to update the public about emergencies and other important information.

The Savoy Fire Department was established on July 11, 1956. Our beginning was created to fill a need for fire service to the community of Savoy. The department began with 21 volunteers. Over the years, we have transformed the department to a very proactive and progressive paid on call department with 50 active members to serve our community.
